What is Leadership & Executive Coaching?
Coaching is solution-focused and forward-looking. As your coach, I will focus on your present & support you in creating a more desirable future.
Coaches believe their clients are creative, resourceful, and whole. As such, coaching is an equal partnership where the coach evokes new ways of thinking and being and the client is responsible for determining their own answers and creating their own solutions.
I will ask questions to help you get to the heart of the matter. I will challenge you - even push you - and I will be 100% honest with you. Together we'll tackle challenges head on and explore opportunities that move you ever closer to your goals.
How Does 1-1 Coaching Work?
I work with my clients in six-month sprints with specific, measurable goals in mind. We’ll have two, 45-minute Zoom meetings per month for a total of 12 meetings in each sprint.

What is Conscious Leadership?
Conscious leadership is bringing one’s whole self and total awareness to your leadership position. It requires authenticity; showing up as you truly are. Conscious leaders focus on the “we” rather than the “me” and realize that their role is to create a culture of trust, care and expansive influence. Conscious leaders share these traits:
High Level of Self-Awareness - When leaders know themselves well, they can use that knowledge to manage their emotions and be more intentional in their behavior and actions. This results in positive interactions and outcomes with team members, partners, clients, and prospects.
Level-Headedness - Leaders who are calm and sensible are trusted more than ones who are unpredictable or combative. When conflict arises, a conscious leader approaches the situation in a way that allows people to feel heard and safe.
Intentional - Intentional leaders have a purpose behind every activity. Their intention is communicated clearly and they work to set an example for others to bring more intention to their own interactions and work.
Constant Self-Improvement - More knowledge means more expertise and ultimately a better future. Conscious leaders are always open to feedback and are life-long students.
Compassionate - Compassion is a key character trait for conscious leaders. It shows up in the way they speak, tackle challenges, and encourage others to grow. Over time, this establishes the precedent and becomes the company culture itself.
